What are website cookies?

Cookies are small files which are stored on a user’s computer. They are designed to hold a modest amount of data specific to a particular client and website, and can be accessed either by the web server or the client computer. This allows the server to deliver a page tailored to a particular user, or the page itself can contain some script which is aware of the data in the cookie and so is able to carry information from one visit to the website to the next.

Information Collected

Our cookies collect information about browsing and purchasing behaviour when you access the website via the same computer or device. This includes information about pages viewed, online payments and your navigation around the website. We do not use cookies to collect or record information on your name, address or other contact details.

How are cookies managed?

The cookies stored on your computer or other device when you access our website are designed by us.

The main purposes for which cookies are used are:

1. For technical purposes essential to the effective operation of our website, particularly in relation to online transactions and site navigation
2. To enable us to collect information about your browsing, including monitoring the success of visitor to lead conversions

Website Analytics

When someone visits our website we use a third-party service, WhatConverts, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow WhatConverts to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Mailing Lists

As part of the registration process for our occasional e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied with our services. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use AWS to send our emails. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing our data protection officer using the contact details below.

We use SmartSurvey to send out satisfaction surveys after we have provided services to you.

Customer Data

When you purchase a service online, in office, or over the phone, your name, address data, email and contact number will be stored in our CRM system that is designed exclusively for the business and is cloud based. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.

Call Recording

We use a third-party, Lily Comms, for the provision of telephone lines as well as call statistics and call recordings. All calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes. You can opt-out of the call recording by requesting that the call recording is erased after your conversation.

Access to your personal information

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold.

Terms of Booking:

Whether you have booked over the phone or online, a booking is a contractual agreement between us and our valued customer. As with all contracts, you have a right to amend or cancel your booking provided we are given sufficient notice (preferably no later than 24 hours), or when you receive your time slot.

You may cancel within 14 days of booking an appointment, or the day before the work is delivered, whichever is sooner.
